In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a free return shipping label for the return. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit /an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a free return shipping label, and a confirmation number. After receiving these by email, place the item securely in its original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address (printed on shipping label):

Please note, you will need to print the emailed return shipping label and packaging (if original packaging is no longer useable) in order to get free return shipping on your item.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
